オリックス不動産投資法人が名古屋のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、名古屋市営地下鉄伏見駅より徒歩2分にある、平成19年1月竣工、16階建てオフィスビル。契約時現在のテナントは10社、稼働率は100%。 一方、大阪に保有するオフィスビルを売却する。物件は大阪市営地下鉄心斎橋駅より徒歩5分にある昭和61年竣工オフィスビル。OJRは平成17年3月に取得。築22年経過による競争力の低下、将来的な内部成長が限定的であることから売却を決定。売却価格と簿価の差額は2.7億円、売却益は第14期（平成21年2月期）に計上される。なお、今回の取得及び売却に伴う業績予想修正はなし。
