オリックス不動産投資法人が第12期（平成20年2月期）決算を発表した。第12期は投資口の追加発行により、投資口数が11.6%増加するも、物件売却による売却益474百万円計上により前期比24.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,233円となった。第13期（平成20年8月期）は3棟を取得する一方、第12期の物件売却益がなくなること及び平成19年に取得した物件の固都税計上により10%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,608円となる見通し。
