オリックス不動産投資法人の資産運用会社に大京が参画、レジデンス系REITの設立準備へ

大京が、オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）の資産運用会社であるオリックス・アセットマネジメント株式会社（OAM）の株式20%を、オリックスより取得する。オリックスと大京は共同でレジデンスREITを設立することを07年5月に発表している。大京がOAMに加わることによって、OAMが既に運用しているOJRに加え、新たにレジデンスREITの設立及び運用を進めていく方向。これに伴い、OJRは、レジデンスを今後投資対象としない方針に変更する。
