オリックス不動産投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却するラウンドクロス青山は、増築時に建築基準法に一部不適合があった。売却先は、オリジネーターであるオリックスのSPC。売却価格と簿価の差額は5.2億円。これに伴い、第12期（平成20年2月期）業績予想を修正。従来予想比15%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,900円となる見通し。
