オリックス不動産投資法人が第11期（平成19年8月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、4棟を取得し前期比8.1%増収なるも、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより、1.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,572円となった。第12期（平成20年2月期）は、11期に取得した物件の通期稼働により5.9%増益となるが、投資口数11.6%増加により、1口当たり分配金は5%減の13,818円となる見通し。
