オリックス不動産投資法人が第10期（平成19年2月期）決算を発表した。第10期はオフィスビル1棟取得、1棟売却を行った。前期比で物件売却益が724百万円減少したため、前期比8.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,850円となった。第11期（平成19年8月期）は、オフィスビル2棟を取得し、5.5%増収となる一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比7%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,792円となる見通し。
