オリックス不動産投資法人が第9期（平成18年8月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、5棟の取得（追加取得を含む）及び2棟の売却を行った。物件売却益962百万円が寄与し、前期比6.5%の増益、1口当たり分配金は16,261円となった。第10期（平成19年2月期）は、この売却益がなくなるため、減収減益を予想し、1口当たり分配金は13,639円となる見通し。 また、格付けを取得したことを発表した。R＆Iによる格付けはA＋、S＆Pによる格付けは長期A-、短期A-2。同投資法人の格付け取得は、2002年上場来初めて。
