オリックス不動産投資法人及びその資産運用会社であるオリックス・アセットマネジメントが金融庁の行政処分を受けた。 行政処分の内容は、オリックス不動産投資法人に対しては業務改善命令として役員会不開催の件について法令遵守態勢の充実・強化及び再発防止策・責任の所在の明確化を図り、書面にて東京財務事務所へ報告すること オリックス・アセットマネジメントに対しては業務停止命令と業務改善命令の処分となった。業務停止命令は3ヶ月間新たな資産運用委託契約締結の禁止とする。但し、現在運用を行っているオリックス不動産投資法人の資産運用業務については業務停止の対象となっていないため、従来通りの運用を行うことができる。
