日本ビルファンド投資法人が、「NBF虎ノ門ビル」の建物部分をスポンサーである三井不動産へ2025年1月に売却する。 本物件は、地下鉄虎ノ門駅より徒歩2分に位置する、1963年竣工のオフィスビル。築61年が経過し、大規模修繕が必要なことから、今後の運用について検討した結果、建物を三井不動産へ売却し、三井不動産と一般定期借地権契約を締結し地代収入を得ること、更に三井不動産が建物を再開発し、再開発後の建物の優先交渉権をNBFが取得することを決定した。 建物の売却額は8.6億円。本物件売却による業績予想の修正はなし。
