日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が、「グラントウキョウサウスタワー」の一部を売却する。 物件は、東京駅に直結する、2007年竣工、42階建のオフィスビル。NBFは、5階～9階部分を2021年に取得したが、このうち6階～9階部分を売却する。売却額は412億円。なお、残り5階部分は引き続きNBFが保有する。 これに伴い第46期（2024年6月期）業績予想を修正。本物件の売却益3,119百万円が寄与し、2023年8月に公表した業績予想に対し16.8％増益を見込む。1,114百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は12,500円と8.7％増となる見通し。
