日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する「豊洲ベイサイドクロスタワー」は、江東区豊洲にある、2020年竣工、36階建のオフィスを中心とした複合ビル。取得額は438億円。NBFは既に本物件の区分所有権（専有面積割合20.97％）を取得済であり、今回の追加取得により、専有面積持分割合は47.69％となる。 一方、売却する「つくば三井ビルディング」は、茨城県つくば市にある、1990年竣工、19階建のオフィスビル。今後の収益性やエリア分散を勘案し売却を決定した。売却額は109.2億円。これにより売却益42.84億円が2024年12月期に発生する予定（業績予想は未公表）。
