日本ビルファンド投資法人が、「パナソニック東京汐留ビル」を2024年3月にパナソニックホールディングスに売却することを発表した。 物件は、JR新橋駅より徒歩5分、汐留再開発エリアにある、2003年竣工、24階建のオフィスビル。NBFは2013年に区分所有権の共有持分をパナソニックから取得したもの。NBFの売却額は67億円。これにより売却益19.8億円が2024年6月期に発生する見込みだが、全額又は一部を内部留保する予定。
