日本ビルファンド投資法人が、スポンサーである三井不動産よりオフィスビル2物件を3月に追加取得する。2物件の取得額は計470億円。 「飯田橋グラン・ブルーム」は、JR中央線飯田橋駅より徒歩2分に位置する、2014年竣工、30階建のオフィスビル。既に本物件の区分所有権（専有面積割合58.55％）を取得済であり、今回の追加取得により、専有面積持分割合は70.69％となる。取得額は254億円。 「豊洲ベイサイドクロスタワー」は、地下鉄豊洲駅に直結する、2020年竣工、36階建のオフィスビル。既に本物件の区分所有権（専有面積割合8.56％）を取得済であり、今回の追加取得により、専有面積持分割合は20.97％となる。取得額は216億円。 取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は1兆4,728億円となる。 なお、本物件取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
