日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が、新川崎三井ビルディングを2023年1月に売却する。売却先はSMFLみらいパートナーズ。 物件は、JR横須賀線新川崎駅より徒歩5分に位置する、1989年竣工、32階建のオフィスビル。NBFは共有持分50％を保有する。売却額は240億円。 これに伴い売却益1,843百万円が2023年6月期に計上されるが、売却益の全部又は一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
