日本ビルファンド投資法人が、第32期（平成29年6月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は「興和西新橋ビルB棟」を追加取得する一方「アクア堂島東館」を売却。 既存物件の賃料増額改定や稼働率の上昇、物件売却益220百万円が寄与し、前期比4.7％増益。物件売却益を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は9,129円と前期を3.0％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは74物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1兆1,066億円、有利子負債比率は41.5％。 第33期（平成29年12月期）は、賃料増額改定により前期比増収となるも、季節要因に伴う水光熱費の増加や管理費の増加等により、0.8％減益を見込むが、前期に行った内部留保を当期は実施しないため、1口当たり分配金は9,210円と前期を0.9％上回る見通し。 第34期（平成30年6月期）は、GSKビルの一棟貸テナントの退去により減収となるが、季節要因に伴う水光熱費の減少や支払利息の減少により、前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,280円となる見通し。
