日本ビルファンド投資法人が、第31期（平成28年12月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は「東陽町センタービル」「大崎ブライトコア・ブライトプラザ」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が増加するが、前期の物件売却益951百万円がなくなるため、前期比2.2％減益。前期に行った内部留保を当期は行わず、1口当たり分配金は8,867円と前期を5.6％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは75物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1兆1,084億円、有利子負債比率は41.9％。 第32期（平成29年6月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の収益増加により前期比1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,000円となる見通し。 第33期（平成29年12月期）は、前期予想比1.1％増加を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,100円となる見通し。
