日本ビルファンド投資法人が、第30期（平成28年6月期）決算を発表した。 第30期は「上野イーストタワー」「興和西新橋ビルB棟（追加）」を取得する一方、「NBF仙台本町ビル」「NBF厚木ビル」を売却。前期に大口テナント退去が発生した「セレスティン芝三井ビルディング」「NBF豊洲キャナルフロント」の埋め戻しやその他の賃料増額改定による賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益951百万円計上、支払利息の減少が寄与し、前期比16.7％増益。物件売却益を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は8,397円と前期を4.5％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは73物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1兆961億円、有利子負債比率は42.1％。 第31期（平成28年12月期）は「東陽町センタービル」「西新宿三井ビルディング（追加）」を取得。「上野イーストタワー」が通期寄与するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比4.8％減益を見込む。内部留保は行わず、1口当たり分配金は8,640円と前期を2.9％上回る見通し。 続く第32期（平成29年6月期）1口当たり分配金は8,650円となる見通し。
