日本ビルファンド投資法人が、第28期（平成27年6月期）決算を発表した。第28期は、期末にNBF神田須田町ビルを取得。既存物件の賃料減額や固都税の増加等により、営業利益ベースでは前期比0.4％減益となるも、支払利息の減少により当期純利益は1.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,787円となった。期末のポートフォリオは74棟、資産規模1兆803億円、有利子負債比率は41.9％。第29期（平成27年12月期）は、NBF神田須田町ビルが通期寄与する一方、セレスティン芝三井ビルディング等の大型テナント退去により前期比3.4％減益を見込むが、内部留保より450百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は7,840円と前期を0.7％上回る見通し。続く第30期（平成28年6月期）は、前期予想比5.3％増益を見込み、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は7,920円となる見通し。
