日本ビルファンド投資法人が第27期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第27期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した3棟の賃貸収益が寄与する一方、既存物件の減収及び前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより、前期比15.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は7,681円となった。期末のポートフォリオは73棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1兆743億円、有利子負債比率は41.9％。第28期（平成27年6月期）は、6月末に神田須田町アイマークビルを取得予定。既存物件の減収、修繕費及び固都税の増加により営業利益ベースでは1.3％減益を見込むも、支払利息の減少により0.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,700円となる見通し。続く第29期（平成27年12月期）1口当たり分配金は7,710円となる見通し。
