日本ビルファンド投資法人が第26期（平成26年6月期）決算を発表した。第26期は、期中に増資を行い、オフィスビル3棟（うち1棟は追加）を取得する一方、1棟の敷地一部を売却。これにより、3棟の賃貸収益が寄与する一方、既存物件の減収、売却益の減少、固都税の増加等により、前期比3.8％減益。売却益のうち1,260百万円を内部留保、また増資に伴い投資口数2％増加により、1口当たり分配金は8,152円と前期（分割調整後）を5.7％下回った。期末の有利子負債比率は43.1％。第27期（平成26年12月期）は、既存物件の減収、前期の売却益がなくなること等により、前期比16.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,520円と前期を7.8％下回る見通し。続く第28期（平成27年6月期）1口当たり分配金は7,550円となる見通し。
