日本ビルファンド投資法人が第25期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第25期は、西新宿三井ビルディングの持分を追加取得する一方、保有物件3棟を売却した。前期に取得した8棟の通期稼働及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比2.6%増益。物件売却益より1,311百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は17,290円と前期を2.5%上回った。第26期（平成26年6月期）は、堺筋本町センタービルを追加取得する一方、GSKビル（敷地一部）を売却。既存物件の減益及び物件売却益の減少等により、前期比7.5%減益。物件売却益より1,213百万円を内部留保、更に投資口2分割により、1口当たり分配金は8,000円となる見通し。続く第27期（平成26年12月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により、前期予想比17%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,350円となる見通し。
