日本ビルファンド投資法人が投資口を分割することを発表した。平成26年から始まるNISA(少額投資非課税制度)導入に伴い投資単位を引き下げる。平成25年12月末を基準日として第26期(平成26年6月期)より投資口1口を2口に分割。これに伴い第26期1口当たり予想分配金16,000円を8,000円へ修正した。
