日本ビルファンド投資法人が第24期（平成25年6月期）決算を発表した。第24期は、期初に投資口追加発行を行いオフィスビル8棟取得（うち2棟は追加取得）、NBF日本橋室町センタービル（共有持分50%）を売却した。これによる賃貸収益及び物件売却益2,097百万円が寄与し、前期比34%増益、物件売却益のうち1,278百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が12.9%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,854円と前期比7%増となった。併せて、NBF日本橋室町センタービルの残り共有持分50%と、GSKビルの敷地一部の売却を発表。第25期（平成25年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期寄与及び室町センタービル売却益により、前期比2.7%増益、売却益より1,313百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は17,300円となる見通し。続く第26期（平成26年6月期）は、GSKビルの敷地売却益が寄与するも、平成25年に取得した物件の固都税計上により、前期予想比7.5%減益、売却益より1,213百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。
