日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は74,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12.9%増の692,000口なる予定。調達資金は666億円を見込む。併せてオフィスビル4棟（うち1棟は追加取得）をスポンサーである三井不動産及び三井不動産のSPCより取得、一方保有するNBF日本橋室町センタービル（共有持分50%）を三井不動産に売却することを発表。これによりNBFの資産規模は5.7%増の9,745億円となる。これに伴い第24期（平成25年6月期）業績予想修正及び第25期（平成25年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第24期は上記4棟取得による賃貸収益の増加及び1棟売却による売却益2,062百万円計上に伴い、従来予想比26%増加を見込む。売却益のうち1,168百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は15,200円と従来予想を0.7%上回る見通し。続く第25期は前期の物件売却がなくなることから前期予想比10%減益、内部留保の活用を見込まず1口当たり分配金は15,100円となる見通し。
