日本ビルファンド投資法人が第22期（平成24年6月期）決算を発表した。第22期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル5棟（うち2棟は追加取得）計226億円を取得。これにより前期比4%増益。前期に334百万円の内部留保をしているため、投資口数が6%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は15,480円と前期を1.8%上回った。第23期（平成24年12月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を取得。これによる賃貸収入及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与する一方、水道光熱費や修繕費等が増加することから、前期比0.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,500円となる見通し。続く第24期（平成25年6月期）は、稼働率低下により前期予想比2.1%減収、また平成24年に取得した物件の固都税計上等により2.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,100円となる見通し。
