日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が港区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、JR山手線新橋駅及び浜松町駅より徒歩8分、汐留シオサイト内にある、平成18年竣工9階建のオフィスビル。取得額288億円。契約時現在のテナントは11社、稼働率は100%。NBFは自己資金及び借入金にて取得する予定。今回の取得に伴う第23期（平成24年12月期）業績予想への影響は確定次第公表する見通し。
