日本ビルファンド投資法人が第20期（平成23年6月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、オフィスビル6棟取得により前期比4.3%増益。公募増資による投資口数6.7%増加及び震災に伴う修繕費206百万円計上に伴い、1口当たり分配金は15,138円と前期を2.3%下回った。第21期（平成23年12月期）は、三菱重工ビルの取得、NBF須田町ヴェルデビルの売却を予定。賃貸収益が増加する一方、物件売却損200百万円計上及び支払利息の増加等により前期比0.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,100円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成24年6月期）1口当たり分配金も15,100円となる見通し。
