日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が港区のオフィスビルを9月迄に取得することを発表。物件はJR品川駅より徒歩5分にある、平成15年竣工地上33階建のオフィスビル。売り主である三菱重工が本社ビルとして使用している。NBFは共有持分の60%を取得する。取得額は363億円。NBF取得後も事務所部分は三菱重工へ一括賃貸する予定。9月に取得するため、第20期（平成23年6月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
