日本ビルファンド投資法人が第19期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表した。第19期は物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却損益がなくなったこと及び賃料改定等に伴う賃貸収入の減少により前期比9.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,495円となった。第20期（平成23年6月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行及び5棟取得を発表。新規物件の賃貸収益が寄与し前期比4%増益を見込むが、投資口の増加により1口当たり分配金は15,100円と前期を2.5%下回る見通し。続く第21期（平成23年12月期）1口当たり分配金は15,100円と前期予想と同額を見込む。
