日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が投資口の追加発行を発表した。NBFの公募増資は2008年2月以来3年ぶり。発行口数は34,000口及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出2,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で6.7%増の578,500口となる見込み。調達額は293億円を見込み、1月末に取得予定であるNBF上野ビル（取得額104億円）及び併せて発表したオフィスビル5棟（取得額は計471億円）の取得資金に充当する。これに伴い第20期（平成23年6月期）業績予想修正及び第21期（平成23年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第20期は上記6棟取得により従来予想比6.7%増益となるが、投資口数6.7%増により1口当たり分配金は15,100円と従来予想に変動なし。第21期は6棟の通期稼働により前期予想比3.7%増収を見込むが、営業費用の増加により1口当たり分配金は15,100円と、前期予想と同額を見込む。
