日本ビルファンド投資法人が第17期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第17期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入が減少する一方、賃貸費用及び支払利息の増加により前期比9.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,672円となった。第18期（平成22年6月期）はNBF上野ビルを取得予定。稼働率低下による賃貸収入の減少及び支払利息等の増加を見込み17%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,300円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成22年12月期）1口当たり分配金は15,100円となる見通し。
