日本ビルファンド投資法人が第16期（平成21年6月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、オフィスビル1棟を取得。稼働率低下に伴う賃貸収益減により前期比2.1%減益、1口当たり分配金は21,775円となった。第17期（平成21年12月期）は、支払利息増を見込み15%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,500円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成22年6月期）は、固都税及び支払利息の増加等により1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。
