日本ビルファンド投資法人が第16期（平成21年6月期）半期（平成21年1月～3月）決算を発表した。半期の営業収益は15,371百万円、純利益は6,057百万円と、通期予想に対する進捗率はそれぞれ50.1%、54.5%となった。第16期通期予想の修正はなし。一方、第17期（平成21年12月期）の業績予想を修正。テナントの解約増加を見込み、従来予想比5.6%減益、1口当たり予想分配金は18,500円となる見通し。
