日本ビルファンド投資法人が第15期（平成20年12月期）決算を発表した。第15期は2棟取得により増収となる一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び支払利息の増加等により前期比1.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は22,252円となった。第16期（平成21年6月期）は1棟取得予定だが前期比1.8%減収、固都税費用の増加等により7.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は20,500円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成21年12月期）1口当たり分配金は19,600円となる見通し。
