日本ビルファンド投資法人が第15期（平成20年12月期）半期（平成20年7月～9月）決算を発表した。営業収益は15,741百万円、当半期純利益は6,281百万円となり、期初時点の予想値に対する進捗率はそれぞれ50.9%、54.9%となった。併せて第15期通期の業績予想を上方修正した。従来予想比2.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は21,700円となる見通し。
