日本ビルファンド投資法人(NBF)が、第14期（平成20年6月期）の半期決算を公表した。営業収益は13,999百万円、当期純利益は5,401百万円となり期首時点の予想値（平成20年2月14日）に対する進捗率はそれぞれ49％、51％となった。 併せて、平成20年6月期の業績予想を上方修正した。1口あたり予想分配金は20,100円と期首時点の予想から600円の増加を見込んでいる。上方修正の要因は、新規物件取得と好調な賃貸オフィスマーケットの影響によるもの。
