日本ビルファンド投資法人が第13期（平成19年12月期）決算を発表した。第13期は物件の取得はなかったが、第12期取得した物件の通期稼働等により、前期比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,129円となった。第14期（平成20年6月期）はNBF豊洲ガーデンフロント等2棟の新規取得、1棟追加取得により3.4%増益となるが、投資口数6.7%増により、1口当たり分配金は19,500円と3%下回る見通し。続く第15期（平成20年12月期）は、第14期に取得する物件の通期稼働により、1口当たり分配金は20,700円となる見通し。
