日本ビルファンド投資法人が第12期（平成19年6期）決算を発表した。第12期は、2棟取得及び1棟持分追加取得により、前期比3%増益、1口当たり分配金は19,809円となった。第13期（平成19年12月期）は、3.5%増収を見込む一方、費用増により2.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,300円となる見通し。さらに第14期（平成20年6月期）は、豊洲 5丁目ビル（仮称）の竣工等により、参考値として開示しているものの1口当たり分配金は20,300円となる見通し。2万円を超える業績予想は、物件売却益の依存がない6ヶ月決算では初となる。
