日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が、保有する中野坂上サンブライトツインを追加取得することを発表。物件は、地下鉄中野坂上駅に直結する平成8年竣工30階建てオフィスビル。NBFは既に区分所有持分31.6%を保有しており、今回新たに49.0%を追加取得する。また併せて、同物件に隣接する5階建てのオフィスビルの持分50.3%を取得する。取得価格は鑑定価格に対して50％以上高くなっているが、資産運用会社では現状は物件ポテンシャルを十分に発揮できていないとして、早期に実力の顕在化を計るとしている。
