日本ビルファンド投資法人が第11期（平成18年12月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、第10期に発生した物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比0.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,224円となった。第12期（平成19年6月期）は、賃貸収入の増加により0.5%増収となる一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,700円となる見通し。第12期及び第13期の業績予想は既存保有物件ベースであり、営業収益の増加は賃料単価上昇が主要因となっている。
