日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が、保有する「NBF名古屋広小路ビル」の増築部分（未竣工）を取得することを発表した。増築部分完成までの開発リスクを回避するため、建築を行う大成建設を売り主として、工事終了後にNBFが取得するJ-REIT初の手法。増築後には基準階の面積が40%程度、建物全体でも30%以上大きくなるため、NBFは競争力強化に貢献できるとしている。増築部分の着工は平成18年10月、竣工及び引き渡しは平成20年1月予定。
