格付投資情報センター(R&I)が日本ビルファンド投資法人の発行体格付けをAA-からAAへ引き上げた。アウトルックは安定的。R&Iによれば、JFEビルディングと三井不動産所有の5棟の交換に伴い、さらにポートフォリオ分散及び築年数の低下が図られたことや、J-REIT最大の規模の優位性を反映したとしている。
