日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が中央区豊洲のオフィスビル（未竣工）を取得することを発表。物件は地下鉄有楽町線豊洲駅より徒歩8分、同じくNBFが保有するISTビルに隣接して、平成19年9月竣工予定の10階建てオフィスビル。取得価格は、売り主である清水建設のテナント誘致による収益に連動するため、取得価格帯を設定。この手法はNBFプラチナタワー取得の際にも用いられた。取得時期は平成20年3月だが、テナント決定状況により最も早くて平成19年10月末となる予定。
