日本ビルファンド投資法人が第10期（平成18年6月期）決算及び第11期（平成18年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第10期はJFEビルディングを三井不動産が保有する5棟と交換した他、2棟取得、1棟売却を行った。JFEビルディング等の売却益が寄与し、前期比36.7%の増益。期中に85,300口の増資を行ったが、1口当たり分配金は過去最高額の19,391円となった。第11期は、10期に取得した物件の通期稼働により増収となるが、売却益がなくなるため、1口当たり分配金は18,500円となる見通し。
