大江戸温泉リート投資法人（OOR）のスポンサーがアパホールディングスへ交代する。 OORのスポンサーである大江戸温泉物語グループは、2022年2月にベインキャピタルグループからローン・スターグループの傘下となったが、OORの財務基盤強化と外部成長の課題を優先的に解決するには至らず、OORは厳しい経営状況が続いていた。 そこで資産運用会社である大江戸温泉アセットマネジメントが、大江戸温泉物語グループに、資産運用会社の株式をアパホールディングスへ売却することを提案し、19日に実行することとなった。 アパホールディングスを傘下に持つアパグループは、1984年にホテル事業へ参入し、現在全国756ホテルを運営、更に海外にも展開する。 OORは、アパグループの開発保有するホテルの取得、オペレーター機能の提供、財務支援等によって、財務改善及び外部成長を目指す。 これに伴い投資法人及び資産運用会社の名称が変更となる予定だが、投資法人の投資方針に変更はなし。 なお、大江戸温泉物語グループは、スポンサー撤退後もOORの既存物件の運営をサポートする予定。
