大江戸温泉リート投資法人（OOR）のスポンサーである大江戸温泉物語グループの株式を保有するベインキャピタルグループが、全株式及び経営権を米投資ファンドのローン・スターグループに2月末に売却することを発表した。これに伴い、OORはローン・スターグループの傘下となる。 現時点でOORの投資方針に変更の予定はなし。
