大江戸温泉リート投資法人が、第2期（平成29年5月期）決算を発表した。 第2期における物件取得はなし。上場時に取得した物件の通期稼働や変動賃料の発生により、前期比576％増益。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,533円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は268億円、有利子負債比率は39.9％。 第3期（平成29年11月期）は、変動賃料が増加する一方、固都税の増加により、前期比7.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,359円となる見通し。 第4期（平成30年5月期）は、投資主総会費用の発生により、前期予想比1.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,323円となる見通し。 なお、投資主優待を導入することを発表した。第3期より投資口5口以上保有する投資主に対し、保有物件の宿泊割引優待券を配布する。
