大江戸温泉リート投資法人が、第1期（平成28年11月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は平成28年9月から11月までの3ヶ月間。「大江戸温泉レオマリゾート」等9物件を取得し運用を開始し、当期純利益65百万円、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は376円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は268億円、有利子負債比率は44.0％。 第2期（平成29年5月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月間となる。運用期間の増加に加え、変動賃料の上乗せが寄与し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,514円となる見通し。 第3期（平成29年11月期）は、変動賃料の増加、支払利息の減少を見込む一方、固都税の増加により、前期予想比6.3％減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,353円となる見通し。 今後はスポンサーである大江戸温泉物語グループのパイプラインを活用し、資産規模が3年後700億円、5年後1,000億円を目標とする。
