大江戸温泉リート投資法人が、本日上場した。初値は89,200円を付け、IPO発行価格93,000円を4％下回った。 9月1日に「大江戸温泉物語レオマリゾート」等ホテル9棟を取得し運用を開始する。 第1期（平成28年11月期）の実質的な運用期間は9月1日からの3ヶ月間。当期純利益60百万円、1口当たり分配金は325円となる見通し。 運用期間が6ヶ月となる第2期（平成29年5月期）は、当期純利益448百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,424円となる見通し。 第3期（平成29年11月期）は、前期予想比6.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,268円となる見通し。
