Oneリート投資法人が、都内に保有するオフィスビル2物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、豊島区にある1991年竣工の「ONEST南大塚ビル」と、中央区にある1989年竣工の「新川一丁目ビル」。2物件の売却額は計62.3億円。ともに築30年超であり、今後の修繕コストの増加リスクや賃料上昇余地が限定的であることから、売却を決定した。 これに伴い第25期（2026年2月期）業績予想を修正。これら2物件の売却益163百万円が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し10.8％増益を見込む。当初想定した内部留保の取崩しを行わず、1口当たり分配金は2,220円と3.9％増となる見通し。
